Chef T’s Teresiyaki Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Strawberries (Marinated in a spoonful granulated sugar)

1 Lemon

1/4 Zucchini (Julienne)

1/4 Squash (Julienne)

1/4 Carrots (Julienne)

1/4 Tri Colored Cherry Tomatoes

2 Teaspoons (Toasted) Tuxedo Sesame Seeds

2 Cups of Baby Spinach

Arrange Baby Spinach in a plate, add all vegetables and cherry tomatoes along with fruit to liking. Finishing with Chef T’s Breaded Chicken Breast and Chef T’s Teresiyaki Vinaigrette.
