Homemade Salmon Cakes By Chef T

Salmon cakes by Chef T Brown

INGREDIENTS

½ cup each of Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Yellow Pepper

½ cup Cilantro

½ cup Parsley

½ cup Onions

4 Teaspoons of Seasons Salt

4 Teaspoons Paprika

4 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

2 Teaspoons of Mayo

½ Cup Oil (Vegetable or Canola)

2 8oz Filet of Salmon baked in oven 375 degrees for 25 minutes

Flake Salmon in medium size bowl add ingredients to bowl mixing with a medium spoon

With hands paddy up small burger size disc using the Salmon mixture

Medium Cast-iron pan with any desired oil Fry until Brown on each side

Serve with Tartar Sauce
