Chef T’s Soulful Stuffed Shrimp

1 cup of Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1/4 cup of finely diced Onions, Green Peppers

1 Tablespoon of Mayo

12 Ex-large Shrimp or Prawns

1 Egg

2 Teaspoons of Goya Sazonador Total

1 Cup of Flour

1 Cup of Bread Crumbs

8 cups of Vegetable or Canola Oil

1 cup of Jumbo Lump Crab Meat mix with 1/4 cup of finely diced Onions, Green Peppers, Mayo and 1 Egg. Using Shrimp dredge egg and then bread using the flour and bread crumbs. Deep Frying for 3 minutes in 8 cups of Vegetable or Canola Oil. Taking Crispy Shrimp slice back open and inserting about a spoonful of crab mixture and broiling in a medium heat for an additional 2-4 minutes until crab is browned.
