Chef T’s Fried Whiting

4 Cups of Canola Oil

2 Eggs

1 lb of Whiting Cleaned

2 Cups of Italian Bread Crumbs

2 Cups of All purpose Flour

½ Cup of Corn Meal

Salt/Pepper (pinched for Seasoning)

2 teaspoons of Paprika

4 Teaspoons of  Sazonador seasoning

Heat oil to 300 degrees dredges fish and eggs then bread using bread crumbs/flour and corn meal. Fry until golden brown seasoning immediately with Salt/Pepper/Paprika and seasons

Serve Hot
